1. Extended Abstract Format

  • Length & Scope: Strictly 2 to 4 pages (A4 size, single column, ~1,000–1,500 words including figures, tables, and references) with 4–6 keywords.
  • Template: Official ICRAM-2027 single-column template in editable Microsoft Word format.
  • File Format: .docx format only strictly required. Submissions in LaTeX or PDF will not be accepted.
  • Figures & Tables: High-resolution diagrams (minimum 300 DPI) and editable native Word tables.

2. Originality & Plagiarism Policy

  • Plagiarism Threshold: Max 15% overall similarity score (excluding bibliography) via Turnitin/iThenticate.
  • Original Research: Submissions must be entirely unpublished and not currently under review elsewhere.
  • AI Disclosure: Generative AI contributions to text or coding must be acknowledged in Methodology.
  • Author Consent: All co-authors must approve the final manuscript prior to submission.

  • Review System: Peer review by minimum 2 expert reviewers from national/international committee.

Yes! In-person paper presentations and technical sessions take place on-campus at IITRAM Ahmedabad. For registered presenters and authors based outside India, a dedicated online presentation slot can be provided so they can present their research virtually and receive official certificates.
Submissions must strictly follow the official ICRAM-2027 single-column template in Microsoft Word (.docx format only) with a length of 2 to 4 pages (~1,000 to 1,500 words including figures, tables, and references). All peer-reviewed and accepted papers will be published in official conference proceedings with SCOPUS / SCI indexing. Furthermore, high-quality selected manuscripts will be invited for submission to a dedicated Special Issue of Heat Transfer Engineering (Taylor & Francis, SCIE IF: 1.9), subject to the journal's peer review.
If an author has multiple accepted papers, the primary registration fee covers the 1st paper. A generous 50% discount is applied to the registration fee for each subsequent paper (2nd paper onward) registered by the same author. You can use our interactive fee calculator to see the exact breakdown.

A Certificate of Presentation is awarded to the registered presenting author. Co-authors who register as attendees or accompanying participants will also receive individual official Certificates of Participation acknowledging their contribution.
Certainly. Once your extended abstract has been accepted and registration payment is received, the conference secretariat will issue an official institutional Visa Invitation Letter accompanied by clearance approvals from the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India.
